Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We do not share, rent, sell or otherwise use any personal information you have given us to any third party without your permission. Any information you have given us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways in which you have not consented. Your use of this website and its services constitute your agreement to the terms of our privacy policy. If we decide to change our policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what personal information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. We will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. We use this information in order to customise and enhance the service offered to our customers only. Examples of such information are: name, address, email address and phone numbers.

Cancellation

Reservations must be cancelled by 2.00pm two days prior (48 hours) to arrival unless otherwise specified when booking. A fee equal to one night's room charge will be charged to guests who do not cancel or change their reservation in line with the hotel's cancellation policy.

Deposits/Guarantees

A deposit is not necessary to make a reservation. However, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room. Multiple bookings and long stays may require an actual deposit depending on the time of booking and will be stated and confirmed during the reservation process.

Check In/Check Out

Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 11.00am. We try to be flexible with our check-in and check-out times but our housekeeping staff only work limited hours. For this reason, an early check-in is not guaranteed and a late check-out must be coordinated with reception.

Pets

It is unfortunate that the position of our kitchen and breakfast room does not allow us to accommodate animals on the premises. We are happy to recommend pet friendly establishments if this is a problem. Of course, our rules and regulations do not apply to guide dogs.
